The grill can also be controlled using the integrated weather proof touch screen control that allows you to manually set temperatures from 140-725 degrees Fahrenheit or simply choose from one of the several pre-programmed food items with multiple levels of doneness. This pellet grill has a 16 gauge stainless steel vaporizer plate that promotes natural convection and turns drippings into flavorful smoky vapors. This grill provides direct heat cooking to beautifully sear your steaks, chops or vegetables with the radiant heat briquette tray or the lump charcoal tray.
